The Chakshu portal facility is available on the Sanchar Saathi website itself from the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India. It is very easy to register a complaint on this portal.

First of all, you have to come to the Sanchar Saathi website (https://sancharsaathi.gov.in/Home/index.jsp#main-content).
Now after coming to the website, you have to click on the Citizen Centric Services tab.
Now you have to click on Report Suspected Fraud Communication Chakshu.
Now you have to tap on Continue For Reporting.
Now you have to fill out the form appearing on the screen.
If you have received a call from a scammer, then you can select Call and Fake Customer Care Helpline in Medium.
After this, upload the screenshot of this call.
After this, give information about the date and time of the fraud.
Give more information about this fraud in the details section.
After this, give information about your name and the number on which the fraud call has come.
Now you will get an OTP on this phone, it has to be entered.
Go ahead by entering the captcha code and submit the report after checking the declaration and preview.
