Under the PM Kisan Yojana, eligible farmer families across the country receive Rs 6,000 annually in three installments every four months through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
More than 11 crore farmers across the country have received payments of more than Rs 3.04 lakh crore so far; with this distribution, the total amount paid to beneficiaries since the inception of the program will exceed Rs 3.24 lakh crore.

The benefit of the 17th installment was received by 9.3 crore farmers. In this installment, about Rs 20,000 crore was sent directly to the accounts of farmers through DBT.
