BSEB 12th Exam 2025: New guidelines issued for Bihar Board's 12th examination, these are important things for students

The Intermediate Annual Examination 2025 will be conducted by Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) from February 1 to February 15. This time around 12.92 lakh students will appear in the examination, who will get the opportunity to appear for the examination at a total of 1,677 examination centers across the state.
This examination can prove to be a turning point in the life of the students, so to ensure the success and safety of the examination, the board has issued many important guidelines. It is very important for the students to follow these instructions, so that the examination can be conducted smoothly.
Students have been strictly instructed to reach the examination centers on time. To enter the examination building, students have to reach at least one hour before the scheduled time. For example, the first shift of the exam will start at 9:30 am, so students will have to reach the exam center by 8:30 am. The gates will be closed at 9:00 am, after which entry will not be allowed. The second shift of the exam will start at 2:00 pm, and students will have to reach the center by 1:00 pm, the gate timing will be 1:30 pm.
Search will be done twice
Several strict arrangements have been made in view of the security of the examination centers. All the centers will be surrounded by a boundary wall and Section 144 will be implemented within 200 meters of the centers. Adequate presence of police force will also be ensured. Apart from this, for the safety of the students at the examination centers, search will be done twice, once at the entrance of the examination building and second time in the examination hall.

During the examination, students will only be allowed to carry mobile phones of the center superintendent, while bringing any other type of electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, calculators, Bluetooth, earphones, etc. will be prohibited. CCTV and videography arrangements have also been made so that no cheating takes place in the examination.

If a student loses his admit card or misses it, he will still get a chance to appear in the examination, provided he gets it verified from his attendance sheet and roll sheet. Apart from this, permission has also been given to wear shoes and socks, which will remain valid till February 5, after which a decision will be taken according to the weather.
Control room established
