Open the 7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in website. Return to the 7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in website. You will receive an appointment date from the District Registration and Counseling Center (DRCC).
Click on the New Applicant Registration button. Log in with your username and password. You will receive this information via email and SMS.
Enter your name, phone number, email ID, and Aadhaar number. Fill in the information on the Personal Information page and submit. Applicants will be required to submit their self-attested documents to the Multi-Purpose Assistant for verification.
