1.17 lakh farmers in Madhya Pradesh have received the fourth installment of payment under the Chief Minister Bhavantar Payment Scheme. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav transferred Rs. 200 crore to the accounts of 1.17 lakh soybean farmers in the state. The Chief Minister transferred the money through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) by pressing a remote button at a program held in Malhargarh, Mandsaur district, for the payment of the soybean Bhavantar amount.

The fourth installment of the Bhavantar scheme has been released to those farmers who sold their soybeans in the market between December 20, 2025, and the closure of the scheme. Under this scheme, the state government has so far paid Rs. 1492 crore in Bhavantar amount to 7.10 lakh farmers. In addition, the Chief Minister also inaugurated development projects worth Rs. 69.50 crore in Malhargarh. These included the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Malhargarh 4-lane flyover on the Mandsaur-Neemuch State Highway for Rs. 51.91 crore, the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Pipliya Mandi railway underbridge for Rs. 5.53 crore, and the inauguration of a bridge construction project on the Malhargarh railway station road for Rs. 2.06 crore.

The Chief Minister also handed over Bhavantar amount checks to five farmers from Mandsaur district on the stage: Raghuvir Singh (Rs. 95,000), Mukesh Patidar (Rs. 73,000), Omkar Singh (Rs. 64,000), along with Ramdayal and Jagdishchandra Patidar.

Bravery Honored
A very sensitive side of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also came to the fore in Malhargarh. The Chief Minister presented a letter of compassionate appointment to Sanjay Singh, son of Manohar Singh Chauhan, who lost his life while saving the lives of four people in an accident in Malhargarh. The Chief Minister said that this is an honor for bravery. An accident occurred near Malhargarh. A car started sinking in the water. Seeing this, 40-year-old Manohar Singh immediately jumped into the water without caring for his own life. Four lives in the car were saved, but he could not save his own. It is our duty to honor such bravery. The Chief Minister said that the 22-year-old son of the late Manohar Singh, Sanjay Singh, is being given a direct appointment letter (on compassionate grounds) to the post of Police Constable (GD) under a special case.

Mustard and groundnut crops will also be brought under the Bhavantar Yojana (Price Difference Payment Scheme)
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the farmers of Madhya Pradesh, the sons of the soil, have increased the state's prestige in the country by producing a large quantity of grains through their hard work. Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our government has taken many farmer-friendly decisions. He said that the state government has connected farmers with agriculture-based industries and food processing to add value to their produce in the Agriculture Welfare Year 2026. Now, the farmers of our state will process their own produce, which will ensure they get a fair price for their crops. The state government will leave no stone unturned in increasing the income and prosperity of the farmers. All eligible farmers in the state are receiving a fair price for their crops through the Bhavantar Yojana. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in the coming years, our government will also bring mustard and groundnut crops under the Bhavantar payment scheme.

Two and a half lakh new jobs in the next five years
The Chief Minister said that the state government had promised to provide one lakh jobs to the youth of the state. Of these, recruitment has already been done for 60,000 posts. In the next five years, two and a half lakh new jobs will be provided in the state.

When will the next installment of the Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana be released?
However, the wait for the 14th installment of the Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana for more than 81 lakh farmers of the state is still not over. The 21st installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi was released on November 19.  Even the date for the 22nd installment is approaching. But the farmers of Madhya Pradesh have not yet received the Rs. 2000 as the 14th installment.
