Bharat Taxi operates on a cooperative model. This is why the app was already generating buzz even before its launch. It is claimed that the fares are lower compared to other platforms, and no commission is taken from the drivers. This means that the entire fare goes directly into the driver's account. Support for Multiple Languages, Including Hindi
For user convenience, the Bharat Taxi app supports Hindi, English, Gujarati, and Marathi languages. The language can be easily changed in the app's settings. There are plans to add more Indian languages to the app in the future.
How to Register on the App?
To register on the Bharat Taxi app, you first need to use your mobile number to log in. After entering the number, verification is done via OTP. Then the user has to fill in their name, and the registration is complete. After this, all the services of the app can be used.

The Bharat Taxi app has a very simple and user-friendly interface. As soon as you open the app, the screen displays "Where would you like to go?" When booking a ride, several options are available, including Bharat Bike, Bharat Auto, Cab Economy, and Cab Priority.

In terms of fares, Bharat Taxi's rates appear to be lower than Ola and Uber. In areas like Noida, vehicles were available with minimal waiting times when booking a taxi. The app does not have a surge pricing system, meaning fares will not increase during rain, traffic, or peak hours.
Option to select favorite places
Users can save their favorite addresses, such as home and office, in the app. This eliminates the need to enter the address repeatedly, allowing for one-click ride booking.
Metro ticket booking facility also available
One of the unique features of the Bharat Taxi app is the option to book metro tickets. This can be done by selecting the Metro Ticket option in the service category. After selecting the station, payment can be made via UPI.
Currently available in Delhi NCR
Bharat Taxi was initially piloted in Delhi and Rajkot, Gujarat, which proved successful. It has now been launched in Delhi NCR. There are plans to launch it in other major cities like Mumbai, Chennai, and Bengaluru in the future.
SOS feature for safety
Keeping passenger safety in mind, the app includes an SOS button. With a single click, this feature sends a help message to trusted contacts. With live tracking and a simple user interface, Bharat Taxi is positioning itself as an affordable and safe option.
