Use online banking during the holidays

Bank closures do not mean that you cannot access essential digital banking services. You can conduct financial transactions, pay bills, make recharges, and more using UPI apps like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay. You can also use ATMs to withdraw cash. Through banking apps, you can check your account balance, transfer funds, and avail of various other services.

Customers should simply keep in mind that, at times, digital transactions may face disruptions due to technical glitches or maintenance. There is no need to panic. However, for tasks that require manual processing, you will need to wait until the next working day.
