What are the Educational Qualifications?
Candidates participating in this recruitment process must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution. A minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent grade) is mandatory for General category candidates, whereas 55% marks are sufficient for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD categories. Additionally, candidates possessing professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CS, or CFA are also eligible to apply. Specific age limits have also been set for the various posts under this recruitment. For instance, the candidate's age must be between 25 and 32 years for the MMGS-II post, 28 and 38 years for MMGS-III posts, and 32 and 45 years for SMGS-IV posts.
What is the selection process for recruitment?
Candidates will be selected through an online examination or a personal interview. The specific process will be determined based on the number of eligible applicants. The online examination will consist of 125 questions carrying a total of 125 marks. These will include 25 questions on the English language and 100 questions on professional knowledge relevant to the specific post. The total duration of the exam will be 120 minutes. Except for the English language section, all questions will be available in both Hindi and English. The English language paper will be qualifying in nature, and the marks obtained in it will not be included in the final merit list. Candidates belonging to the General and EWS categories must secure a minimum of 35% marks in both the English language and professional knowledge tests. The final merit list for each category will be prepared based solely on the marks obtained in the professional knowledge test.
