For information, let us tell you that next month, banks will be closed for a total of 15 days in different states. All government and private banks are closed on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month. At the same time, bank employees have a holiday on all Sundays.

3 August - Bank employees will be on holiday due to Sunday.
8 August - Banks will remain closed in Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim, due to Tendong Lho Rum Faat.
9 August - Banks will remain closed in Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Lucknow, Kanpur, Shimla, Jaipur, and Dehradun. Raksha Bandhan and Jhoolana festivals are also on this day. Let us tell you, due to it being the second Saturday of the month, banks will remain closed in all other parts of the country as well.
10 August - Banks will remain closed on Sunday.
13 August - Bank employees will remain on holiday in Imphal.

16 August - Bank employees will be closed in Ahmedabad, Mizoram, Bhopal, Ranchi, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Raipur, Patna, Shillong, Jammu and Kashmir, and Vijayawada due to Janmashtami.
17 August - Banks will remain closed across the country on Sunday.
19 August - Banks in Agartala will remain closed due to the birth anniversary of Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya Bahadur.
23 August - There will be no business in banks across the country due to the second Saturday of the month.
24 August - Bank employees will be closed on Sunday.
25 August - Banks will remain closed in Guwahati due to the date of Srimanta Shankar Dev.
