Five months of 2024 have passed and June has started from today. Like every month, this month too many people have pending banking-related work or plan to complete it. If you are also planning to go to the bank this month, then it is important to see the list of RBI holidays. Banks will remain closed this month due to many reasons, which may affect your plan. Banks will remain closed for a total of 10 days in June, including 5 Sundays and 2 Saturdays, when regular banking work will not be possible. Apart from this, banks will remain closed for three more days in different parts of the country.

The first bank holiday in June is on June 2, which is a Sunday. Talking about festivals, banks will remain closed in Aizawl and Bhubaneswar on June 15 due to Raj Sankranti. Banks across the country will remain closed on June 17 due to Bakrid / Eid-ul-Azha.

In Jammu and Srinagar, the Bakrid holiday is extended by two more days, so banks will remain closed on June 18 as well. The stock market closed:

The stock market will not trade for 11 days in June. This includes 10 days of Saturday and Sunday. These days the stock market has a weekly holiday. Apart from this, trading will be closed on June 17 for Bakrid.
