Weekly Bank Holidays (March 2025)
March 2 (Sunday): All banks will remain closed due to Sunday.
March 8 (second Saturday): Banks will remain closed under RBI's weekly holiday.
March 9 (Sunday): Banks will remain closed due to Sunday.
March 16 (Sunday): Banks will remain closed due to Sunday.
March 22 (fourth Saturday): Banks will remain closed under RBI's weekly holiday.
March 23 (Sunday): Banks will remain closed on account of Sunday.
March 30 (Sunday): Banks will remain closed on account of Sunday.
National and regional festival holidays
March 7 (Friday): Banks will remain closed in Mizoram on account of the Chapchar Kut festival.
March 13 (Thursday): Banks will remain closed in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, and Kerala on account of Holika Dahan and Attukal Pongala.
March 14 (Friday): Most banks will remain closed across the country on account of Holi (Dhulandi/Dol Jatra), except in states like Tripura, Odisha, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Manipur, Kerala and Nagaland.
March 15 (Saturday): Banks will remain closed in Agartala, Bhubaneswar, Imphal, and Patna on account of Holi celebrations.
March 22 (Saturday): Banks will remain closed in Bihar on account of Bihar Day.
March 27 (Thursday): Banks will remain closed in Jammu on account of Shab-e-Qadr.
March 28 (Friday): Banks will remain closed in Jammu and Kashmir on account of Juma-ul-Vida.
March 31 (Monday): Except for Mizoram and Himachal Pradesh, banks will remain closed in most states on account of Ramzan Eid.
