Since then, the employees are also expecting that the leave rule will be implemented every Saturday. Since then, this demand has been made continuously, but till now it has not come to fruition, nor has this rule been implemented.

Right now, apart from Sunday, banks are closed on the second and fourth Saturdays. Like every Sunday, bank employees want a leave on every Saturday as well (5 day working rules in banks). In such a situation, there is a demand to implement the 5-day week rule in banks. Now it is up to the government and RBI to implement this rule or not.
