Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries can get free medical treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in designated hospitals. To be eligible, individuals must have an Ayushman card issued under the scheme.

Who is eligible?

Several categories of individuals are eligible to apply for an Ayushman card:

Destitute or tribal individuals
Daily wage labourers
People belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes
Residents of rural areas
Landless individuals
Families with disabled members
People living in houses made of mud or similar materials

Application Process

Visit the nearest Jan Seva Kendra (Government Service Centre) and meet the designated officer.
Provide the required documents for verification.
After successful verification, your application will be processed and submitted.
