There is no religion, caste, or income limit in this scheme. Your age should just be above 70.

How to register?

First of all, download the Ayushman app from the Google Play Store or visit the website Beneficiary.nha.gov.in. Now log in as Beneficiary/Operator. Now enter your mobile number, captcha, and OTP. Enter the name, date of birth, and address of the elderly in Aadhaar ekyc. After completing e-KYC, add the details of family members and submit the form. You can download the card as soon as you get approval.

You can get information about your nearest panel hospital by visiting the website https://hospitals.pmjay.gov.in. There you can search according to the state, district or pin code to know in which government and private hospital treatment is available with this card.
