How to get an Ayushman card made online?
If you are eligible for this scheme, then you can get an Ayushman card made both online and offline. To apply for this card, you will need an Aadhar card, permanent residence certificate, ration card, photo, and active mobile number. Here we are telling you the step-by-step process.
Step 1. First of all, you have to open the official government website beneficiary.nha.gov.in.
Step 2. Here you have to log in with your mobile number. With this, you have to verify with OTP.
Step 3. After login, the beneficiary portal will open, in which you have to enter the scheme name -PMJAY, state, sub-scheme (PMJAY), district and Aadhaar number and click on the search button.
Step 5. On the next screen, you will see the names of your family members. You have to press the action button in front of the name.
Step 6. After this, you have to complete e-KYC by selecting Aadhaar OTP from the Aadhaar number.
Step 7. After Aadhaar verification, if your matching score is more than 80 percent then your Ayushman card has been approved.
Step 8. Now you have to go to the capture photo option and upload the photo. After this, a new form will open, in which all the information has to be filled correctly. After this press the submit button.
The process of applying for an Ayushman card online is complete. Now you can download your Ayushman Card by logging in to the Ayushman portal.
