Travelers on national highways can now report issues encountered at toll plazas, provide ratings, and offer suggestions. A 'Toll Plaza Feedback' feature has been integrated into the Rajmargyatra app for this purpose.

The primary objective of this facility is to understand the challenges faced by travelers and improve the services offered at toll plazas. How will you receive a feedback notification?

If you use an annual pass while traveling on national highways, you will receive a notification on the Rajmargyatra app after crossing a toll plaza, inviting you to provide feedback. Through this notification, you can share your opinion regarding the services at the toll plaza you have just passed. Even if you do not receive a notification, you can still access the 'Toll Plaza Feedback' feature by navigating to the app's menu.

Using this feature on the Rajmargyatra app, you can rate toll plaza services and submit your concerns or suggestions. Simply select the feedback option that best corresponds to your experience. If you have a specific complaint regarding a service, you can also document it in writing.
