Eligibility Criteria

The child applying should be an Indian citizen.

The age of the child should be between 5 years and 18 years, which will be calculated as per 31st July of this year.

The achievement of the child should be within 2 years from the date of nomination or receipt of application.

If the child has made an outstanding contribution in any one of the 7 specified categories.

How to register?

Candidates have to register before applying.

After this click on the link of the registration button.

In the third step you have to choose whether you want to choose a person or an organization.

After this you have to fill information like Aadhar card, date of birth, mobile number, email ID.

After this, if you are from an organization, then you will have to share the type of organization, Aadhar card of the official person, other information related to date of birth.

Now click on the login button here and use the login credentials.

After this, after selecting the name of the scheme from the list of awards, click on Nominate/Apply Now.

Fill the information asked on the next page and submit it.

Passport size of the child

Certificate given by the child's school stating that the child has performed excellently in some field.

Documents certifying the excellent performance of the child

Recommendation letter from a respected person who has done excellent work in that field.
