Eligibility Criteria and Age Limit
Senior Customer Service Executive
Candidates applying for Senior Customer Service Executive should be graduates from a recognized organization under 10+2+3 pattern. They should also have 5 years of experience in any field or combination of fares, reservations, ticketing, computerized passenger check in/cargo handling. The applicant should have proficiency in speaking and writing English and Hindi as well as proficiency in using PC.
The preferred age limit of the candidates is 33 years for General Category candidates.
Customer Service Executive
The applicant should be a graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern. Preference will be given to candidates having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing experience or Airline Diploma or certified courses like IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or Diploma in IATA CARGO.
The age limit for General Category candidates is 28 years.

A non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by way of Demand Draft in favour of “AI AIRPORT SERVICES LIMITED” payable at Mumbai should be enclosed with the application form. Candidates belonging to Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST communities are not required to pay any fee.
