After the Bihar elections, expectations have risen regarding the 21st installment. Find out when the money might arrive.
PM Kisan Yojana 21st Installment: With the Bihar elections over, farmers are increasingly anxious about the 21st installment of the PM Kisan Yojana. The government may soon release the date. Get the update.
The Modi government runs various schemes for the people of the country. Many of these schemes are also implemented with farmers in mind. Many farmers in the country are not financially well-off. The government is running a special scheme for these poor and needy farmers.
Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, farmers receive installments of ₹2,000 each three times a year. This amount is transferred directly to their bank accounts to meet their farming needs. So far, 20 installments have been released. Now, farmers are eagerly awaiting the 21st installment.
Before the Bihar elections, there was talk that the government might release the next installment after the elections. Now that both phases of voting in the state have been completed, it is expected that the date will be announced soon. Farmers are now looking forward to November 14th, when the election results are expected.
It is expected that the central government may announce the release date of the 21st installment a few days after the results. Based on past years, installments are typically released within a few days. Therefore, the money is expected to reach farmers' accounts by the last week of November.
However, official confirmation is still pending. Only after official information from the government will a firm be able to confirm when the 21st installment will be released. Until then, nothing can be said for sure.
Farmers who are eligible for the scheme are advised to complete their e-KYC immediately. They can update it by visiting the pmkisan.gov.in website or the nearest CSC center. Without e-KYC, farmers will not be able to avail the installment benefits.
Additionally, land verification is also essential. If a farmer fails to complete this process, their next installment could be delayed. Therefore, farmers who haven't completed this process should not delay.
