People associated with small employment are benefited in the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana run by the Government of India. The beneficiaries joining the scheme are given training by the government for a few days and as long as this training continues, a stipend of Rs 500 per day is given.

After the completion of the training, the government gives a lump sum of Rs 15,000 to the beneficiary to buy a toolkit. Apart from this, a loan of up to Rs 1 lakh is given under the scheme. Which is available at a cheap interest rate and without any guarantee. After repaying this loan of Rs 1 lakh, another loan of up to Rs 2 lakh can be taken.

According to which goldsmiths, stone breakers, sculptors, iron workers, hair cutters, locksmiths, shoemakers, fishing net makers, doll and toy makers, weapon makers, garland makers, masons, broom/basket/mat makers, laundrymen, boat makers, hammer and tool kit makers can apply.

There you will have to ask the employees present at the center to check your eligibility. After this, you will have to give your documents for verification.
