In case of an accident, a maximum of 40 lakhs can be claimed with conditions, and in case of death due to cylinder explosion, a maximum of 50 lakh rupees can be claimed.

The first condition is that the benefit of the claim is available only to those people whose cylinder pipe, stove, and regulator are ISI-marked. During the claim, documents like a copy of the FIR of the accident, medical receipt, hospital bill, post-mortem report, and death certificate are required. You must have all these documents.
