First of all, you have to log in to the uidai.gov.in website of UIDAI, the organization issuing Aadhaar.

After this, download the form by clicking on 'Enrollment and Update Forms' in the My Aadhaar section.

Take a printout of this form fill your details in it and submit it at the nearest Aadhaar service center.

Here the form will be verified your new photo will be clicked as well and the iris will be scanned.

After this, you will be charged with GST. This fee is Rs 100.

After the process is completed, you will get a URN Number. With this, you will be able to track the Aadhaar card.
