There is good news for devotees in the Shekhawati region. If you are planning a religious pilgrimage, Indian Railways presents you with a golden opportunity. The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), through its 'Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train' initiative, has planned a tour covering major pilgrimage sites across the country, including Ayodhya. A key highlight is that this tourist train will also pass through Sikar, offering devotees the chance to visit various holy sites such as Ayodhya, Kashi Vishwanath, Jagannath Puri, and Gangasagar.

This Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train is scheduled to depart from Sri Ganganagar on May 9th. Subsequently, the train will arrive in Sikar, from where it will depart carrying all passengers from the Shekhawati region. The train will take passengers on a comprehensive 11-day journey. Throughout the trip, passengers will have access to a wide range of amenities and facilities right on board the train. The journey will commence with a visit to Ayodhya; after offering prayers to Lord Rama and exploring the city, the train will proceed to Kashi Vishwanath. Following this, the train will make its return journey, stopping along the way to allow passengers to visit several other religious sites, including Jagannath Puri and Gangasagar.

**Here are the Tour Packages:**

Keeping passenger comfort and convenience in mind, IRCTC—a subsidiary of Indian Railways—has curated two distinct travel packages. The first is the 'Standard' category package, which includes travel via an AC train; however, accommodation will be provided in non-AC hotels, along with meal arrangements and non-AC bus facilities for sightseeing at the pilgrimage sites. The fare for this package has been fixed at ₹27,890. The second option is the 'Comfort' category package, which offers passengers an enhanced travel experience featuring AC train travel, AC hotel accommodation, AC bus transfers, and superior amenities. The fare for this category has been set at ₹32,065.
