Obviously, farmers whose e-KYC is incomplete, whose Aadhaar and bank accounts are not linked, or whose land documents have not been verified, will not receive the 2,000 rupees (approximately $100,000) released for the 21st installment. Farmers whose DBT is not enabled will also not receive the money in their accounts.
