The Secretary of the National Council has expressed the possibility that the central government will complete the process of implementing the Eighth Pay Commission (8th Pay Commission latest update) by September this year. Earlier, in a letter addressed to the Cabinet Secretary of the Central Government, Shiv Gopal Mishra told why the central government should form the 8th Pay Commission on a priority basis.
