8th Pay Commission: From clerk to civil service officer, whose salary will increase by how much?

How much salary will increase level-wise in the 8th Pay Commission?
The salary increase in the 8th Pay Commission will be according to the fitment factor. Experts estimate that it can be between 1.92 to 2.86. Let us understand that if the maximum 2.86 fitment factor is approved, then how much will be the increase in the salary of central employees level wise.
Talking about Level 1, it includes peon, attendant and support staff. Their current basic salary is Rs 18,000. It can increase to Rs 51,480 with 2.86 fitment factor. This means that the salary will increase by Rs 33,480.
Level 2 includes lower division clerks. Their basic salary is currently Rs 19,900. This can increase to Rs 56,914 after the 8th Pay Commission is implemented. This means that these employees can get a hike of Rs 37,014.
Level 3 includes constables or skilled staff. They currently get a basic salary of Rs 21,700. With a fitment factor of 2.86, their salary will increase by Rs 40,362 to Rs 62,062.
Level 4 includes grade D stenographers and junior clerks. Their basic salary is currently Rs 25,500. This can increase to Rs 72,930 after the 8th Pay Commission. This means the hike will be Rs 47,430.
Level 5 includes senior clerks and high-level technical staff. Their basic salary is currently Rs 29,200. It is expected to go up to Rs 83,512. This will be an increase of Rs 54,312.
Inspectors and sub-inspectors come under Level 6. Their basic salary is Rs 35,400, which can be Rs 1,01,244 after revision. This will be an increase of Rs 65,844.
Superintendents, section officers, and assistant engineers are included in Level 7. Their basic salary is Rs 44,900, which can be Rs 1,28,414. This will be an increase of Rs 83,514.
Section officers and assistant audit officers come under Level 8. Their basic salary is Rs 47,600 per month. It can increase to Rs 1,36,136 after the 8th Pay Commission. This means that there will be an increase of Rs 88,536.
Level 9 includes deputy superintendents and account officers. Their basic salary is currently Rs 53,100. This can be increased by Rs 98,766. Then they will get Rs 1,51,866 per month.
Level 10 includes entry level officers in civil services, such as Group A officers. They currently get a basic salary of Rs 56,100 per month. With a fitment factor of 2.86, their basic salary can be 1,60,446, which will be an increase of Rs 1,04,346.
