Follow these steps to check your ITR status.
To check your ITR status, go to Google and search for "Income Tax Refund Status".
The link to the Income Tax e-Filing portal will appear at the top of the Google search results. Click on it.

This will take you to incometax.gov.in/.
You will see the Login option at the top of the screen.
Here, you will have to log in using your PAN card or Aadhaar card and password.
