Telegram's Gift Purchase Offer means you can send Telegram Premium subscriptions or collectible gifts to other users. These can be purchased and upgraded using Telegram Stars. Now, users can directly make offers for gifts displayed on another user's profile using 'Stars' or 'TON'. When you make an offer, your payment is reserved. If the other user rejects the offer or the time limit expires, the full amount will be refunded immediately. The user receiving the gift will be able to see how close the offer price is to the estimated value of the gift. This system protects both buyers and sellers from fraud.
