RailOne App Integration with Bharat Taxi: A major challenge for train travelers is figuring out how to reach their homes after disembarking at the railway station. Furthermore, taxi drivers stationed outside the station often demand exorbitant fares. Addressing these issues, Indian Railways has taken a significant step that will make it considerably easier for passengers to complete their journey home. Specifically, Indian Railways has planned to integrate the RailOne App with Bharat Taxi to streamline "last-mile connectivity." This initiative is set to launch at the New Delhi Railway Station. Developed in collaboration with RailTel, this facility aims to alleviate congestion outside the station, minimize passenger inconvenience, and provide a reliable taxi service for their commute from the station to their homes.

How Will Passengers Benefit?
The introduction of this new facility will significantly reduce the hassles faced by passengers. Now, whenever passengers book a train ticket via the RailOne App, they will simultaneously see an option to book a Bharat Taxi. Passengers will no longer need to use multiple apps or search for a taxi outside the station. With just a few clicks, they will be able to book a taxi directly from the railway station to their doorstep. This will not only save time but also provide relief from issues such as overcharging or the need to wander around in search of a cab or auto-rickshaw.

Features Available on the RailOne App
The RailOne App is often referred to as Indian Railways' "Super App." It offers railway passengers a comprehensive suite of digital services on a single platform. Through this app, passengers can book reserved tickets, unreserved tickets, and platform tickets. Additionally, it integrates various services—such as IRCTC Rail Connect, NTES, Rail Madad, and Food on Track—within a single interface, thereby eliminating the need for passengers to use separate applications.

 Over 2.57 Crore Downloads
In a statement issued on March 18, the Ministry of Railways announced that the RailOne app had been downloaded 2.57 crore times as of March 15, 2026. Approximately 7.64 lakh tickets—comprising both reserved and unreserved categories—are being booked daily through this app. Furthermore, Android users can download the RailOne app from the Google Play Store, while iPhone users can download it from the Apple App Store.
