What is the whole story?
On December 27, a passenger was traveling to Bhopal on the South Express. After alighting at the station, she realized her iPad was left behind on the train. She discovered this about an hour later. The iPad contained the passenger's important study notes, which caused her considerable distress. In a panic, the passenger called the railway helpline #139 and registered a complaint about the lost item through the RailMadad app. The railway authorities took immediate action and informed the concerned officials.
According to the passenger, she received a call from the railway helpline within minutes. The TTE (Traveling Ticket Examiner) and RPF (Railway Protection Force) personnel on the train were contacted immediately. With the help of railway staff, the iPad was safely recovered at the next station, Itarsi.
