To avail of the Jio Prime membership, customers must pay a one-time fee of ₹300. This facility is available to existing Jio prepaid and postpaid customers. Customers of other telecom operators can also become Prime members by porting their numbers to Jio. Upon purchasing the membership, customers can lock the price of their current Jio plan until September 5, 2027. This implies that even if Jio increases the prices of its prepaid or postpaid plans in the future, Prime members can continue to recharge or pay for their existing plans at the original price.

Jio Prime members will receive two cashback vouchers totaling ₹600. One voucher worth ₹300 can be used when paying for a new JioHome or JioPC connection. Additionally, another ₹300 cashback voucher will be awarded for adding a new Jio SIM connection for a friend or family member. In other words, beyond the ₹300 membership fee, customers will receive benefits worth a total of ₹600 in vouchers applicable to various Jio services and new SIM connections.
