The next, 22nd, installment for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi beneficiaries is expected to be released soon. Reports indicate that this installment could be transferred to farmers' bank accounts between the last week of February and March 2026. However, the government has not yet announced an official date.

Under this scheme, small and marginal farmers receive financial assistance of ₹6,000 annually, which is transferred directly to their bank accounts in three equal installments of ₹2,000. It is estimated that approximately 90 million farmers could benefit this year, but eKYC is required for this; otherwise, the installment may be delayed.

eKYC is mandatory, the installment may be delayed.
The portal states that eKYC is mandatory for all registered farmers. If you haven't already completed eKYC, your installment may be delayed. For eKYC, farmers can complete this process themselves via OTP on the portal or undergo biometric verification at the nearest CSC center.
