This means users will now be offered extra data for free. Importantly, the company has increased the data limit of four of its recharge plans. These include monthly and annual plans, so customers can take advantage of this opportunity according to their needs.

Extra data will be available in these plans:

Rs 225 plan - This BSNL recharge plan previously offered unlimited calling, free national roaming, 100 SMS per day, and 2.5GB of data for 28 days, but now, under the promotional offer, 3GB of data will be provided daily.

Rs 347 plan - This plan, with a validity of 50 days, previously offered unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day, and 2GB of data, but now it will offer 2.5GB of data daily.

Rs 485 plan - This plan comes with a validity of 72 days. Earlier, it offered 2GB of daily data, which has now been increased to 2.5GB. Unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day are also offered with this plan.

Rs 2,399 plan - This plan comes with a validity of one year. It previously offered unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day, along with 2GB of data daily, which has now been increased to 2.5GB daily.

Jio has also launched a new recharge plan for the new year. The company has introduced the Hero Annual Recharge plan priced at Rs 3599, offering users a validity of 365 days. This plan includes unlimited 5G data + 2.5GB of data per day, unlimited calling, and 100 SMS per day. Users also get a free subscription to Google Gemini Pro for 18 months.

Airtel also offers a year-long validity with its Rs 3599 recharge plan.

Like Jio, Airtel is also offering an annual plan for Rs 3599. Airtel's Rs 3599 plan provides 365 days of validity with unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited 5G data + 2GB of data per day. This plan also offers users a free subscription to Perplexity Pro AI for 12 months.
