Motorola is soon launching its new smartwatch in India. Yes, the company will launch its new smartwatch under the name Moto Watch. The brand has announced the launch date for this new watch. Notably, the brand first showcased this smartwatch earlier this month at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2026) as part of its latest ecosystem lineup. Now, the company has confirmed that the watch will soon enter the market.

This watch will feature a 47mm aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. A key highlight is that this watch can offer up to 13 days of battery backup. Let's first look at its launch details.

Moto Watch Launch Date and Availability
Motorola's impressive Moto Watch will launch in India on January 23rd at 12 PM IST. The company will introduce this watch along with the Motorola Signature, which the brand also showcased at CES 2026. The company says that the upcoming smartwatch will come in two color options: Matte Black and Matte Silver. Customers will be able to purchase this watch from Flipkart and the Motorola India website.

Moto Watch Specifications
In terms of specifications, this watch will feature a 1.4-inch circular OLED display. The watch screen will have Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The watch will have subtle minute markers or a chronograph design that appears to be etched or printed on the outer edge of the glass. The smartwatch will have an aluminum frame.

Advanced Health Tracking Features
At CES, the company revealed quite a bit about the watch. The new Moto Watch will be equipped with step counting, stress detection, sleep monitoring, and several other health and fitness tracking features. Importantly, this Motorola smartwatch has been developed in partnership with Polar, a Finnish sports and fitness tech company that offers advanced health tracking features. 

13-day battery life
In addition, this watch will feature Bluetooth calling via Bluetooth 5.3, audio notification alerts, and a "Catch me up" feature with Moto AI-compatible smartphones. The smartwatch will also offer dual-frequency GPS. The watch can provide up to 13 days of battery life with the always-on display (AOD) off and up to 7 days of backup with AOD on.
