Meta has finally launched the official WhatsApp app (Meta Apple Watch WhatsApp) on the Apple Watch. This is considered a major turning point for WhatsApp, as for the first time, iPhone users will be able to access WhatsApp notifications, full message reading, call alerts, and record and send voice messages directly from their Apple Watch, all without needing to take out their iPhone.

Meta wrote in its blog post that this new Apple Watch experience will give users on-the-go control over chats. This means communication with the wrist-mounted gadget will become even more practical.
