Google has officially released Workspace Studio, which was first showcased at its annual developer event. Previously known as Workspace Flows, this tool is now powered by Gemini 3 and is directly integrated with apps like Gmail, Google Chat, and Drive. The company claims that this tool will help make everyday digital work faster, smarter, and fully automated.

Create Your Own Smart AI Agent Without Coding
The biggest highlight of Workspace Studio is that it requires no coding. Users simply write an instruction in plain language, and the tool creates the entire automation based on that instruction.

This AI agent can identify questions in emails, filter important information, and prepare documents or files as needed. A dedicated Gemini shortcut has been added to every Google app, making it incredibly easy to create, run, and manage the agent.

The Agent Will Understand the Problem and Solve It Itself
Workspace Studio's AI agents don't just work on predefined rules; they also adapt their behavior according to the situation. Thanks to Gemini's understanding, these agents automatically identify action items, invoice numbers, attachments, and other important information from emails.

The system works in three parts: Triggers, Steps, and Variables, which intelligently understand and execute user instructions. Workflows that previously took hours to set up can now be created in just a few minutes.

Useful for Both Employees and Companies
Google's goal is for every employee to be able to create a personal AI agent according to their needs. The company believes that this will save time, speed up work, and increase productivity manifold. Workspace Studio was previously only available in test mode for enterprise customers, but it is now being rolled out on a larger scale.

It will be available to users of Business Starter, Enterprise plans, Education plans, Google AI Pro, and AI Ultra in the coming weeks. Google says that this tool will prove to be a significant step towards large-scale digital transformation for companies.
