The Google Pixel Tag has been launched in India as the company's first Bluetooth tracker. It is set to compete with the Apple AirTag in India and other markets. According to the company, sales of the Pixel Tag in India will begin this November; however, details regarding its price and features have already been revealed. In India, the Pixel Tag will be available for purchase as a single unit or in a pack of four. It features a pebble-shaped design, with Google branding and an LED indicator on the front.

In India, a single Google Pixel Tag is priced at ₹3,799, while a pack of four is priced at ₹12,900.
It will be available for purchase from the Google India Online Store starting in November. Currently, the Pixel Tag has been introduced in a 'Fog' color variant. The company is offering a one-year warranty with the device.
**Easy Tracking via Bluetooth and Ultra-Wideband**
The Google Pixel Tag comes equipped with Bluetooth Channel Sounding and Ultra-Wideband connectivity. These technologies enable users to locate lost items with greater precision. The Pixel Tag is integrated into Google's 'Find Hub,' allowing users to track its location and navigate towards it using directional guidance. The tracker also supports 'Fast Pair' for Google Pixel devices, making it easy to pair with a Pixel phone.
**Alarm Activation via Built-in Speaker**
The Google Pixel Tag features a built-in speaker. If an item goes missing, users can remotely trigger an alarm on the Pixel Tag using the 'Find Hub' app on their Pixel device. Additionally, the Pixel Tag includes a button that allows users to make their lost phone ring. If the alarm is activated on the phone via the Pixel Tag, the phone will sound an alert even if it is in silent mode.
**Locate the Pixel Tag Using Gemini**
Google has also integrated the Pixel Tag with Gemini. Users can ask Gemini via their Google Pixel device to make the Pixel Tag ring. This provides an additional way to locate a lost tracker. The Google Pixel Tag features a user-replaceable CR2032 coin cell battery. The company claims the battery will last for over a year, and conveniently, users can replace it themselves when it runs out.
The Pixel Tag holds an IP67 rating, ensuring protection against dust and water. According to the company, it can withstand submersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes.
**Connects with Android 9 and later devices**
The Google Pixel Tag is compatible with devices running Android 9 or later versions. The tracker includes an accelerometer, and its body is constructed from polycarbonate and metal. It measures 28 x 46.1 x 5.4 mm and weighs approximately 11.8 grams.
Its pebble-shaped design allows it to be easily attached to bags, keys, or other items.
