When a passenger loses their baggage, they can share its location in the Find Hub app by following a few simple steps. First:
Open the Find Hub app and select the bag linked to your tracker.
Tap the Share Item Location option.
The app will then generate a secure and unique link.
Share this link to the airline's lost-baggage form, app, or website.

How to track?
To take advantage of this feature, passengers must have the following items.
If you have an Android smartphone, install the Find Hub app.
Tag a Find Hub-compatible tracker attached to the bag. An airline that supports this system.

Some luggage brands, such as Samsonite, are now offering suitcases with this tracking technology built in.

Which airlines will offer this feature?
Google has partnered with several international airlines, including Air India, AJET, China Airlines, Lufthansa Group (Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Swiss), Saudi Arabia, Scandinavian Airlines, and Turkish Airlines, to integrate this feature. Qantas is also expected to launch this feature soon. This feature also works with baggage tracking systems like WorldTracer and NetTracer, which are used at hundreds of airports and airlines worldwide.
