Often, you see many things around you that you don't know about. Now, this problem has been solved with Google's AI mode live search. Pull out your phone, take a photo, and Google will tell you what the item is. If you want to cook something in the kitchen, show the ingredients, and Google will tell you how. With the new update, you can get information from Google not only by typing or speaking, but also by interacting with it like a human.

Hema Budaraju, Vice President (Product Management), Google Search, explained that India is Google's largest voice and visual search market. This means that people here are leading the world in searching by voice or using the camera. This is why the company is preparing to launch this technology in India after the US. The use of AI is increasing in every field. Don't be left behind. To learn more in-depth about AI, register for the Career Growth Workshop from NBT Upskill AI.

What is AI Mode and Search Live?
Until now, we used to type a question into Google or ask it using voice search. But now, in AI mode, Google will not only understand your question but also engage in further conversation. And Search Live brings a new twist to this. Now, you can interact with Google live.

You can turn on the camera, show objects, and ask questions like what they are or what to do with them. Let's say you're trying to make Shahi Paneer at home. Show the ingredients in front of you and ask, "How to make Shahi Paneer with these ingredients?" Google will respond immediately and explain step-by-step how to make perfect Shahi Paneer.

How to use it?
Open the Google App on your phone.
Tap the Live icon below the search bar.
Or open Google Lens and select the Live option below.
Now, turn on the camera and ask your question either verbally or in text.

AI Mode in 7 Indian Languages
Google Search is now preparing to launch AI Mode in 7 new Indian languages: Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. This means everyone will now be able to speak to Google in their preferred language. Hema Budaraju explained that this isn't just translation; its AI Gemini model is capable of understanding the nuances of every language. This means that even if you speak in the local accent, the AI will understand and respond appropriately.
