You might have purchased something a few years ago, yet your inbox remains cluttered with the seller's newsletters; or perhaps you once read useful information on a site, but now receive a daily digest that serves no purpose for you. On top of that, promotional emails are a constant nuisance. There is no need to keep deleting them or getting frustrated; you can manage such emails with a simple trick.

Gmail actually has a built-in tool to address this issue—one you may not have noticed before. It allows you to easily unsubscribe from multiple newsletters. Let’s look at this simple way to declutter your inbox.

How to clean up Gmail?
Step 1: Open the Gmail app on your iPhone or Android device. Tap the menu bar in the top-left corner.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Manage subscriptions' option, located below the Trash section.
Step 3- Similarly, if using the web version, log in to your Gmail account and click on 'More' in the left-hand panel.
Step 4- Opening 'Manage subscriptions' will display a list of the various newsletters you have subscribed to.
Step 5: Click on a sender's name to view recent emails from them, then tap the 'Unsubscribe' button on the right side.
Step 6: Gmail will then ask for confirmation to stop receiving emails from that sender. Once you confirm, you will stop receiving those emails.
