Get a Netflix subscription without paying extra when shopping on Flipkart; find out the details of the plan..
Flipkart Netflix Offer: If you are a Flipkart user and want to enjoy Netflix without paying extra, there is good news for you. Flipkart has announced a new partnership with Netflix, offering Flipkart Plus members a free Netflix mobile plan every month. There is no need to purchase a separate Netflix subscription to avail of this offer; customers simply need to complete four eligible orders worth ₹299 or more within a single month. This facility went live on August 1st.
**Get the Netflix Plan After Completing 4 Orders**
Under this new partnership, Flipkart Plus members can now enjoy the benefits of a Netflix mobile plan through their regular shopping. To qualify, customers must complete at least four eligible orders—each valued at ₹299 or more—within a calendar month. These purchases can be made via Flipkart, Flipkart Grocery, and Flipkart Minutes. Once the fourth eligible order is completed, the customer will receive the Netflix mobile plan for the next 30 days.
**How to Avail the Offer and Who Can Benefit**
The Netflix mobile plan can be activated directly within the Flipkart app at no additional cost. However, to continue enjoying the benefit in the following month after the initial 30-day period ends, customers must complete another four eligible orders. Customers who are not yet Flipkart Plus members can obtain membership without any extra charge by completing 15 orders within 12 months.
**Enjoy Entertainment Along with Shopping**
According to the companies, the aim of this partnership is to combine shopping rewards with digital entertainment. Flipkart notes that many customers already place multiple orders each month for groceries, daily essentials, and quick-commerce items. This initiative allows them to access the Netflix mobile plan without incurring any extra expense. Eligible customers will be able to watch Indian and international movies, TV shows, and web series on Netflix through this plan. Ravi Iyer, CFO and SVP at Flipkart, stated that this initiative is based on customers' existing shopping habits. Meanwhile, Laurent Uguen, Vice President of APAC Partnership Business Development at Netflix, described it as the company's first e-commerce partnership in India, aimed at bringing Netflix to a wider audience through everyday shopping.
