Medical information, such as your allergies or blood type, can be displayed on the lock screen so rescuers can help.
How to set up SOS settings on an Android phone?
Go to your phone's Settings and tap Safety & Emergency.
Turn on the Emergency SOS option.
Go to Emergency Contacts and add the numbers of trusted people you want to send messages to in case of an emergency.
On some devices, you can also choose to attach a photo or audio under "Send SOS messages."
How to set up SOS settings on an iPhone?
Go to Settings and select Emergency SOS.
Turn on options like "Call with Hold and Release" or "Call with 5 Presses" as needed.
To add emergency contacts, go to the Health app and set your Medical ID.
How to use the Emergency SOS button?
Android - Press the power button five times quickly, or three times on some phones.
iPhone 8 or later - Press and hold the power button and any volume button simultaneously, or press the power button five times quickly.
Apple Watch - Press and hold the side button until the 'Emergency Call' slider appears.
