Global technology company Lenovo and chipmaking giant Nvidia made a major announcement during CES 2026 (Consumer Electronics Show). The two companies have partnered to launch the 'AI Cloud Gigafactory' program. The program's primary objective is to help AI cloud providers rapidly roll out production-ready AI services and improve their return on investment (ROI).

Key Features of the Program
This new program will enable AI cloud providers to achieve 'Time to First Token' (TTFT) within weeks. This will be accomplished by utilizing pre-built components, expert support, and streamlined manufacturing methods to construct gigawatt-scale AI factories.

Statement from Lenovo's CEO
Lenovo Chairman and CEO Yuanqing Yang stated, "Lenovo and Nvidia are pushing the boundaries of AI factories to the gigawatt level. We are simplifying the deployment of cloud-scale infrastructure, enabling AI intelligence to be brought into production faster, more efficiently, and with greater accuracy." He added, "With Lenovo's industry-leading Neptune liquid cooling technology and global manufacturing capabilities, this new program sets a new benchmark for scalable AI factory design, enabling the deployment of the world's most advanced AI environments in record time."

Lenovo's Presence in the Cloud Market
Lenovo stated that it already powers eight of the world's top 10 public cloud providers. With this Gigafactory launch, the company aims to shorten and simplify the journey from AI investment to business results by providing an integrated stack of compute, storage, networking, and software solutions.
