BSNL has given its customers major relief in the new year. The government-owned telecom company has introduced a special offer on its BSNL Spark Fiber plan, which is particularly beneficial for broadband users. BSNL announced this offer through its official X (formerly Twitter) account. The company has also announced additional data benefits on some of its mobile recharge plans.

Under BSNL's new Spark Fiber plan, customers get high-speed internet at 50Mbps for ₹399 per month. This plan offers a total of 3,300GB of data, which is considered sufficient for typical household use. Additionally, the plan includes unlimited voice calling. However, this plan does not include any OTT subscriptions.

This special offer is valid only for the first 12 months. After one year, from the 13th month onwards, customers will have to pay ₹449 per month for the same plan. This could be a good option for those who are planning to get a new fiber connection or want fast internet at a low price.

How to avail the offer
Customers don't need to do much to avail this offer. BSNL Fiber users simply need to send "HI" via WhatsApp to the number 1800 4444, after which the plan activation process will begin.

In addition, BSNL has also announced 0.5GB of extra data per day on some of its mobile recharge plans. This benefit was initially launched as a Christmas offer and has now been extended until January 31, 2026.  The good news is that customers will not have to pay any extra money for this.

The ₹225, ₹347, ₹485, and ₹2399 recharge plans will now offer more data than before. This move by BSNL is beneficial for users who want more internet data and better features at a lower price.
