BSNL 4G Launch PM Modi: Another significant day in BSNL's history is approaching. BSNL's 4G network will be launched on Saturday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch BSNL's 4G stack, which will be rolled out at 98,000 sites across the country. BSNL 4G is also special because it is built entirely on indigenous technology. India will now become the fifth country in the world to manufacture and supply 4G-related software and hardware. With the launch of the service, all telecom operators in India will be 4G-enabled. Companies like Jio, Airtel, and Vi are already deploying 4G and 5G networks.

Jyotiraditya Scindia Posted
Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia posted in this regard. He wrote, "A historic leap in India's telecom journey." On Saturday, to mark BSNL's 25th anniversary, the Prime Minister will unveil two historic initiatives. He stated that the nationwide rollout of the BSNL 4G stack will begin tomorrow at 98,000 sites. Furthermore, the 4G network will be launched across the country. Jyotiraditya Scindia stated that no corner of the country will be untouched by BSNL 4 G.

TCS integrated the entire system.
Tata Consultancy Services also played a key role in the BSNL 4G rollout. According to reports, the core network for 4G was developed by C-DOT (Centre for Development of Telematics). The radio access network was developed by Tejas Networks, and the entire system was integrated by TCS.

Upgrade to 5G Possible
BSNL may have lagged behind private telecom companies in launching 4G, but it can compete with them in 5G. According to reports, BSNL's 4G network is designed to be easily upgraded to 5G. BSNL is expected to launch 5G services in Delhi and Mumbai by the end of this year. BSNL's 4G rollout is expected to benefit its more than 90 million wireless subscribers. Many users who left BSNL due to mobile network and internet connectivity issues may also return, as the government company's recharge plans are cheaper than those of private companies.
