According to Apple's 'System Status Page', the technical glitches began at 5:18 AM IST (Indian Standard Time). The App Store and iTunes Store were the first to experience problems. Shortly after, issues also arose with Apple TV and Apple TV Channels, preventing users from loading their favorite shows and channels.

Around 6:45 AM IST, the problem worsened and affected other services as well. Besides entertainment, productivity and navigation tools were also impacted.
