Tata Play has announced a new partnership with Apple Music to further strengthen its entertainment portfolio. This partnership aims to provide subscribers with additional benefits. The company is now offering its users access to Apple Music as part of an exclusive promotional offer. This offer will be available across all Tata Play platforms: Binge, Mobile, and Fiber. Through this partnership, users will be able to enjoy Apple Music's vast collection of songs and curated playlists. This is a step towards offering a more integrated and diverse entertainment experience to Tata Play's growing customer base.

Free access to Apple Music is now available on Tata Play

Tata Play announced in a press release that it has entered into a new partnership with Apple Music. Under this collaboration, users will receive Apple's music streaming service for free for a limited time, after which the regular plan of ₹119 per month will apply. This offer is available across all Tata Play platforms: Tata Play Binge, the Tata Play Mobile app, and Tata Play Fiber.

Under this promotion, new Apple Music users will receive a free four-month subscription, while existing eligible users will receive a three-month free trial. This offer applies to all Tata Play DTH, OTT, and broadband customers, giving them access to Apple Music at no additional cost during the trial period.

To activate the offer, users can redeem a promo code from their Tata Play account. After the free period ends, the plan will automatically switch to the regular Apple Music plan priced at ₹119. This partnership aims to enhance Tata Play's customer value and expand its entertainment experience beyond TV and broadband to music streaming.

Earlier this year, Apple partnered with TuneIn to bring its six curated radio stations to users worldwide. This move marked the first time Apple made its radio service available outside of its app, giving it access to TuneIn's 75 million monthly listeners. The move reflects Apple's growing radio streaming investment, especially at a time when companies like Spotify are intensifying competition with new formats like video podcasts and interactive content.
