Android OS: Now Android will run on laptops and computers too, Android operating system will be launched for PC..

If you're a fan of Google's Android operating system, there's some great news for you. Google has confirmed that it's developing a PC that runs on Android. This means your mobile experience will now be directly integrated into your computer or laptop.
Android Experience Available on PC
This news was revealed by Rick Osterloh, Head of Platforms and Devices at Google, during a conversation with Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon. Osterloh explained, "Previously, we built completely separate systems for PCs and smartphones. But now we've started a project to integrate the two. We're building a common technology foundation for both our PCs and desktop computing systems."
Osterloh further stated that this new step will further enhance AI (Artificial Intelligence). He said, "This is another way we can leverage AI, the Gemini model, the Google Assistant, and our entire developer community in the PC space. I think this is another way Android will be able to serve people across every computing category."
Qualcomm CEO Says 'Incredible'
Cristiano Amon praised Google's project. He said, "I've seen it, and it's incredible. It fulfills the dream of merging mobile and PC. I just can't wait to have one myself."
This news aligns with Google's previous plans. Google previously announced that it wants to combine ChromeOS and Android into a single platform to provide a consistent and seamless experience across all devices. This new Android PC project could be a major step in that direction.
Qualcomm's New and Powerful Chipset
Meanwhile, Qualcomm has made another major announcement. The company is soon launching its new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. This chipset is expected to power several high-end Android phones next year. Xiaomi has already confirmed that its upcoming Xiaomi 17 series will use this chipset. Additionally, other potential devices like the OnePlus 15, iQOO 15, and Realme 8 Pro could also arrive with this new processor this year.
