Telecom operator Airtel has launched a new ₹48 plan for its prepaid users. This is a data voucher that provides users with access to both the internet and OTT platforms.

Under this plan, users receive 1GB of 4G data. However, it does not come with any service validity of its own; instead, the plan features a separate validity period of one month. This means that the OTT benefits will also remain accessible for a full month.

The most distinctive feature of this plan is its OTT benefit. With this voucher, Airtel is offering a subscription to Disney+ Hotstar Mobile. Through this subscription, users can also watch matches from IPL 2026. This is precisely why this plan has become particularly attractive to cricket fans.

According to reports, this plan is currently available in several circles and is being gradually rolled out across all regions. If the plan is not yet available in a specific area, the company is likely to launch it there very soon.

This is not the first plan from Airtel to offer access to Disney+ Hotstar. Previously, the company has also provided OTT benefits with its ₹195, ₹279, and ₹361 plans. Notably, the ₹279 plan also offers access to platforms such as Netflix and ZEE5, and it, too, comes with a validity period of one month.
