**Complete Online Application Process**

**Selection Process**
A total of 23 positions will be filled through this recruitment. Selected candidates will be posted at the Rourkela Steel Plant and various SAIL units located in Ranchi. Candidates will be selected based on application screening followed by either a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and a personal interaction, or solely through a personal interaction. Where a CBT is conducted, the final merit list will be prepared based on 80% weightage for the CBT score and 20% for the personal interaction score. For positions involving only an interaction, a minimum score of 50% will be required.
**What is the Salary?**
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹70,000 for YP-1, ₹1 lakh for YP-2, and ₹1.40 lakh for YP-3. High-performing employees may also be eligible for an annual salary increment ranging from 4% to 10%. Candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria regarding the prescribed age, educational qualifications, and relevant work experience.
